About Jean campbell

Jean designs and teaches Yoga trainings, courses and workshops to help practitioners and teachers in their personal practice and teaching. Her anatomy courses and workshops combine practical anatomy with postures and sequencing, to provide knowledge in 3 areas:

  1. how to progress in asana practice

  2. injury prevention

  3. recovery from injury

Jean has been teaching Yoga since 1995 and training Yoga teachers since 2003. She teaches anatomy in a way that is practical, easy to comprehend and easy to apply to your yoga practice and teaching. As a Yoga teacher trainer, her teaching emphasizes awareness, progression and safety.

She has taught classes, workshops and trainings in various locations: Malaysia, China, Germany, Switzerland as well as her home country Australia.

Qualifications: Certificate IV in Yoga Teacher Training (1200 hours), ERYT 500 (Yoga Alliance), YACEP (Yoga Alliance), Yoga Therapy (Ganesh Mohan, Svastha Yoga) and Pranayama and Yogic Mindfulness studies with A.G. and Indra Mohan.

Jean currently runs online dynamic anatomy courses for Yoga teachers
as well as Yoga anatomy workshops.
